Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over Europe.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
UPS Standard: 14,50 €
UPS Express: 24,50 €
Local pick up: included

Deliveries to foreign countries:
Zone 1: Europe
UPS Expedited: 50 €

Zone 2: Switzerland & United Kingdom (UK)
UPS Expedited: 70 €

 

Delivery periods

Unless stated otherwise in the particular listing, the product will be shipped domestically (Germany) within 7-10 days, for international destinations within 10-16 days business days from the date of contract signing – from the date of your bank transfer if payments in advance have been requested. Please note that shipping and handling service is not performed on Sundays and holidays.

If you have placed an order for products that have different shipping times, the products will be shipped in a combined shipment, unless a different arrangement was agreed to. In this case, the expected shipping time is calculated based on the displayed delivery time of the product with prospected longer delivery time.

Lieferfristen
Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 7-10 Tagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 10-16 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung). Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.

Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.
